Lian is great with Java our Labrador, the pictures we see of Java out walking with Lian, it always appears that she's having fun and she is certainly tired when she gets home. We work shifts and often have to change them at short notice and Lian is always helpful and flexible whether we are asking her to walk Java at short notice or even cancelling her when no longer needed. Great service.

Lian has been working with myself and Piper (4yr Lurcher) for a little while, and there are definite improvements with how I deal with Pipers protectiveness. Lian has been patient and professional, listening to my problem and "excuses" never passing judgement, only offering advice and exercises/training to correct the problem, even though, on the days she's working with us, Piper is THE best behaved dog and makes me look like a proper drama queen!

Training is on going, I know we'll get where I want to be with Lian.

If your looking for a professional behaviorist who has excellent dog behavioural knowledge then Lian is the person you need and believe me I know I tried some of the best in the country! When we had many complex behavioural problems 3 years ago with our Westie Oscar, Lian came in to give us training and the tools to help us and has totally turned him around. It's still a working process but he's so much better. Lian also walks him every week day now and not only is she now our Behavioural Trainer and Dog Walker, she has also become a firm family friend. Lian walks my 3 dogs, as soon as she walks in they get so excited , she provides a great no fuss service built to your dogs requirements , one of mine is a little madam and lian has worked with her to reign her attitude in a bit !!! I trust Lk9 completely with my dog, she absolutely loves doggy daycare, and is well cared for there. The staff are amazing and you can tell they all absolutely love looking after the dogs. I also bought the online puppy course which was a massive help through the puppy stages, as it covered everything you could need and I would recommend to anyone. They are like a little family, my dog absolutely loves to see her friends and the staff, she practically drags me in!
